  • Submit a request via our website, email, or phone, we'll get back to you with all inclusive pricing in 30 minutes or less during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM CT). Our team will discuss all available materials, help determine a size and finish enabling us to provide accurate pricing. Metal Memorials offers solutions for every budget, no project is too big or too small.

  • When you approve your quote, we'll ask for additional order details (any art files, text or images that were missing at the time of your quotation). Next, we will create your complimentary custom artwork proof and send that to you via email. Don’t worry, if you do not have files or a layout, our graphics team will be more than happy to create anything needed.

  • We’ll provide your free, no-obligation artwork proof of your custom plaque or product. Our team will work with you to refine the layout as needed until the design is absolutely perfect (includes one proof and one revision). If additional revisions are required we will be happy to process them once payment has been made.

  • Once the proof design has met your standards, we will confirm your shipping details and send an invoice with payment link to our client portal-simply complete payment to proceed. Production begins the moment we receive payment and your order will ship directly from our factory upon completion.

    We offer numerous convenient payment options, including the acceptance of Purchase Orders from cities/municipalities, institutions, foundations and similar.

  • Standard plaques ship via FedEx/UPS in approximately 12-15 business days. We'll ship your order with all necessary mounting hardware, mounting templates and instructions for installation. Once your order has shipped, we will provide the tracking information so you are able to follow the transit and know when to expect delivery. Feel free to reach out anytime during the manufacturing process, we are happy to provide status updates.

    We do offer expedited production. Ask your sales representative for details.

  • Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee you will be happy with your custom plaque & we will do everything possible to make that a reality. If you are not 100% satisfied and we fail to make it right, simply return the product for a full refund.

    Metal Memorials cast products carry a lifetime warranty, should you experience any defects in material or workmanship we will repair or replace the product at no cost.  

    *Printed photos carry a two year warranty
