Absolutely! Every Metal Memorials plaque is fully custom-designed to your specifications. We collaborate with you on the layout, artwork, and finishes until you approve the final proof. Production begins only once you’re completely satisfied.

We accept secure payments by credit card, debit card, or online bank transfer/eCheck through our payment portal. A digital receipt is provided upon completion. We also accept Purchase Orders & physical checks when required by organizations.

Yes! Every Metal Memorials plaque includes a lifetime warranty and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Metal Memorials will repair, replace or refund any product that was not manufactured per the approved layout.

No extra charge! Our pricing is based on the total square inches (width × height) and includes custom logos and shapes at no additional cost. We only require a vector art file to ensure your logo is suitable for our sand-casting process.

Yes, we specialize in refinishing and refurbishing metal plaques of all types. We can restore most plaques to like-new condition for less than 25% of the replacement cost.
