Our Process

  • Getting started is simple. Submit a request via our website, by email, or by phone, and our team will respond with all-inclusive pricing within an hour during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM CT, excluding holidays).

    We’ll walk you through available materials, sizing options, finishes, and design considerations so we can provide accurate pricing upfront. As a family-owned business, we believe in clarity from the beginning, no surprises, just straightforward solutions tailored to your project and budget.

  • Once you approve your quote, we’ll gather any remaining details needed to begin production, including artwork files, text, or images. If you don’t have design files, that’s no problem — our in-house graphics team will create a layout for you.

    Every custom plaque includes a complimentary artwork proof so you can see exactly how your plaque will look before it moves into production.

  • You’ll receive your free, no-obligation artwork proof via email. Our team will work with you to refine the layout, spacing, text, and visual elements to ensure every detail is correct.

    One proof and one revision are included. If additional revisions are needed, we’re happy to accommodate them once payment has been processed. Our goal is simple: your design must be exactly right before it moves forward.

  • Once your proof meets your expectations, we’ll confirm shipping details and send an invoice with a secure payment link through our client portal.

    Production begins as soon as payment is received. For your convenience, we accept credit cards, ACH or checks. Ask about our 50% deposit option

    We are happy to accept Purchase Orders from cities, municipalities, institutions/foundations, and other similar organizations.

  • Standard plaques (text & simple logo only) ship via FedEx or UPS in approximately 12-15 business days (multi-piece orders, photo plaques, full color finishes and ornate designs may require additional production time). If you have a ceremony or event planned please let our staff know, we will do our best to accommodate. We also offer expedited production options, ask your sales representative for details and pricing.

    Each order includes necessary mounting hardware, templates, and installation instructions to make setup straightforward.

    Once your plaque ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can monitor delivery. Throughout the manufacturing process, our team remains available to provide status updates and answer questions.

  • Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind every custom plaque we produce. If you are not completely satisfied and we are unable to make it right, simply return the product for a full refund.

    All Metal Memorials cast products carry a lifetime warranty against defects in material or workmanship. If an issue arises, we will repair or replace the product at no cost.

    Printed photos carry a two-year warranty. Removal, reinstallation, and shipping costs are not covered.
