We’ll walk you through available materials, sizing options, finishes, and design considerations so we can provide accurate pricing upfront. As a family-owned business, we believe in clarity from the beginning, no surprises, just straightforward solutions tailored to your project and budget.

Once you approve your quote, we’ll gather any remaining details needed to begin production, including artwork files, text, or images. If you don’t have design files, that’s no problem — our in-house graphics team will create a layout for you.
Every custom plaque includes a complimentary artwork proof so you can see exactly how your plaque will look before it moves into production.

You’ll receive your free, no-obligation artwork proof via email. Our team will work with you to refine the layout, spacing, text, and visual elements to ensure every detail is correct.
One proof and one revision are included. If additional revisions are needed, we’re happy to accommodate them once payment has been processed. Our goal is simple: your design must be exactly right before it moves forward.

Once your proof meets your expectations, we’ll confirm shipping details and send an invoice with a secure payment link through our client portal.
Production begins as soon as payment is received. We offer multiple convenient payment options, including acceptance of Purchase Orders from cities, municipalities, institutions, foundations, and similar organizations.

Standard plaques ship via FedEx or UPS in approximately 12–15 business days. Each order includes necessary mounting hardware, templates, and installation instructions to make setup straightforward.
Once your plaque ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can monitor delivery. Throughout the manufacturing process, our team remains available to provide status updates and answer questions.
Need it sooner? We also offer expedited production. Just ask your sales representative for details.

All Metal Memorials cast products carry a lifetime warranty against defects in material or workmanship. If an issue arises, we will repair or replace the product at no cost.
Printed photos carry a two-year warranty. Removal, reinstallation, and shipping costs are not covered.
